Very interesting in the movie his wife left him but here we see that she was part of a witness protection program after her incarceration.
I don't know why the mother was imprisoned but probably a nonsense charge similar to the wife's arrest. Now you have me thinking about his mother - poor lady. I liked her a lot in the movie.
I think I might very well pick up a book and read up more on him and his family.
