Apocalypse had a good point. You made a post implying that blacks are more prone to being rapists. Naturally, the fact that you have claimed to be black would lead someone to wonder if this theory applies to you as being part of that group.

I am not sure what percentage of the rapes in the Congo can be attributed to either rebels or UN workers. The UN peace keepers have a history of sexual exploitation upon the Congolese people. According to the Washington Post:

This leads to highly destabilizing violent eruptions that cause arrested development in terms of commerce, human rights, and technology. With that stated, we should expect higher diversity in UV intense environments. This is simply due to a higher mutation rate caused by photoradiation.
Now consider that a great deal of Europe was under a cloud shroud after the last glacial maximum, we should expect that diversity would be less pronounced than the tropics and it is. Mutation rate is also punctual in relations to the environment so significant changes can occur in relatively short periods of time.

First of all, we have no idea if such numbers are true or not. Given the history of the area it would be surprising that women there and the men and boys in their villages don't carry arms. After all, the arms the rebels carry are just basic stuff. So the villagers could easily fight them off.
But we should be aware of the opportunism of those vilagers. They know that if they report a lot of rapes then money and supplies could flow in. So that's a variable that's usually done by the "fly-in-fly-out" white reporters.
Furthermore, those numbers are suspect because women who must live in their villages all their lives would be very reluctant to report being raped--unless there is some big aid package coming in. But the opportunism cuts both ways because the whites who do the reporting are usuaally very eager to report on women being supposedly raped by black/African men. It just feeds into their primordial fantasies about the black male. The U.S. has a very fascinating history of continuing to view every black male as a potential rapist. In fact the grotesque and violent history of lynching in the U.S. is tied in with just those white sexual fanstasies.
But note that when it comes to rape, real masters of rape are the whites. There is no continent where the invaders did no rape and pollute the local gene pools. And they had a royal time raping their intended slave captives right there on the ships before they even landed in the lands that many negroes now stupidly call "the New World".
