i have now had the pleasure to speak with numurous people on other forums and went to a meeting only last night with other like minded people about buying in sharm. and with out any prompt eurosharm (nina young)name came up. it seems to be very much the given line as to what i read on hear. and yet nina young is avertising the fact that she is an agent on other sites. and yet quite clearly states on hear SHE IS NOT. well the evidence quite clearly states THAT SHE IS. and every ones advice is STAY AWAY FROM EURO SHARM NINA YOUNG. IT IS FROM THIS I DRAW TO PEOPLES MINDS THAT ESTATE AGENTS IN SHARM DO NOT OPERATE UNDER ANY LAW. OTHER THAN A LAW FOR THEM SELFS. so the advice to me is quite clear as to the name of this thread BUYER BE AWARE.of not the presnt market conditions as but to the greed of these people and what lenghts they will go to. and tell you so you will buy from them

you are the second person who asked this and i myself what for what to gain the answer is clearly nothing. i fire my own bullets say what i have too and hide behind no one ask me a question and i will answer. my moto is des if i can help i will if i carnt i wont ,it carnt be any simplar than that. that way des i gain respect in the people i meet and deal with and belive me iam not a here to day and gone tomorrow person

As I mentioned in a previous post. Today I did 4 bookings all for Hurghada. the questions was asked do you hav any Self Catering apartments!!!! It is becoming more common for people to want self catering. Also More and more people are asking for Hurghada rather than Sharm as they say they have been to Sharm and it is getting too commercialised. Just letting folks know as there are properties also in Hurghada for sale and they are freehold. I would like to buy in both area's and will be in Hurghada in May for 2 weeks. mac thanks for your email it is a good opportunity. If anyone wants prices for flights etc let me know or check out www.dialdirecttravel.co.uk and you can price and book on line.

Hello one and all.Yes Mac,got back 1am this morning.Have just been catching on the thread and would like to add my ten pence worth.It seems to me that the buying and selling process has become barstardised.The traditional egyptian way of buying and selling (by the square meter) is something that would be alien to many people,it is not something we understand.To us,if we like the property,like the area,and the price seems about right for the area (research),we will be interested. An estate agent works for the vendor,fact.As in the UK it is his/her job to get the best price for their client.Sharm is a unique opertunity,it cannot just get bigger and bigger,it is finite.The boom time is now and the agents are making hay whilst the sun shines.There are good ones,there are bad ones.If you want a property that is already built or second hand you really have to use an agent.As for no one naming good estate agents,I have mentioned Helen Kirker several times,at first we found it all a bit unnerving but everything she has said has been proven as true,she lookes after our apartment still and is a friend now.Further to an earlier question there is a furniture store next to the Royal Plaza hotel in Naama Bay and I have also seen an advert for another store in one of the free magazines that you can find around.Was mubarac in sharm this week?

i like your choice of words,that makes me laugh. glad you enjoyed yourselfs and all was ok and good. its very pleasing when i hear this. i got phone call this morning saying they are having bad time with agents, these people paid there money ,then told it was gone and they had to pay more in the end the price was going up all the time. so in the end they pulled out. then only a hour ago another call. theses people was in the hilton n nabqa and seen a nice villa then was told just as they was signing the price had gone up by 60k. that is totally stupid. they must thing the brits are an endless money tree.
