Looks better,doesn't smell,my women love it,gives them more pleasure,coz mine was button hole circumcision common with kalenjin,maasai,kikuyu,meru and samburu.plus it is hard to get infections and STDs if you are circumcised.In Kenya,the luo tribe members never circumcised and that's why they had the highest levels of HIV..but today,they circumcised,especially the youths,now HIV and STDS infections have reduced tremendously.

Arguably a buttonhole circumcision isn’t really a circumcision at all and should properly be classified as a ritual body modification. A hole ("the buttonhole") is made in the dorsal surface of the foreskin and the glans is repositioned so as to pass through it. The foreskin, none of which is removed, subsequently hangs down like a drooping flag on a windless day. The procedure has obscure tribal origins the supposed benefits of which are unclear.

Photographs of Samburu and Maasai youths, and early ones of Kikuyu warriors, show a sometimes quite large roll of foreskin hanging in the ' tassel' position below the glans, and often this displaced foreskin appears not to have been shortened at the tip. Koenig (1956, p.88) describes it as ' a lower, shovel-like projection ... which, so it is said, increases the sexual lust in both the man and the woman' . In his book The Kilimanjaro Expedition, H.H. Johnson describes the result as ' a soft round swelling lying under the glans and giving the penis the appearance of having a double end: among the Maasai it is enormous and is openly displayed.'

Yes the procedure is very painful,because I went through it without aesthetics.. but I did not flinch,or show signs of pains,because that would have brought shame to my father and ashamed my whole family..so I am warrior of my tribe,and worthy to be called a man.Besides if u flinch or shake,accidents can occur, the circumcised might accidentally cut off your dick and render you impotent. So holding still is beneficial only to your self,also it allows the circumcised to do a perfect job.

Here is some information about how common male circumcision is in Africa and they break it down into countries. They say about 62% but some of the data is old and they say it varies from country to country They say aboive 80% for Kenya accvording to the WHO Some of the lower rates under 20% are in Botswana, Burundi, Canary Islands [Spain], Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia, Rwanda, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
The under 20% includes Japan, Europe, Central and South America, Oceania/Austrailia
