There is no evidence that the women made an agreement that Cosby would help them in exchange for sex and Cosby is not claiming that. And there are established actors that will help other actors for free because they are nice. Secondly even if a woman did make such an agreement a man doesn't have the right to secretly drug the woman's drink - and if he did secretly drug her cappuccino from his fancy espresso machine that is evidence> she did not make any such agreement, otherwise it would be completely unnecessary.
