Neanderthals were stronger and had much better eyesight than OOA AMH. These are advantageous traits. The disadvantageous alleles associated with lower intelligence were bred out.
Ironically, there is a correlation between Neanderthal admixture and higher IQ.

Guys. The golden, tan-colored people above are the result of thousands of years of miscegenation of incoming whites from the Steppes with an indigenous African peoples.

T’wasn’t the case thousands of years ago. Again, the incoming of migratory whites from the Steppes changed the face of those lands. They began snowy-white and met dark brown and black people and golden or tan is the result:
